Junior School Curriculum
Unity Grammar offers a unique curriculum structure that is focused on challenging our students through quality student outcomes, driven by research-based quality teaching and learning strategies.
The Australian Curriculum is designed to help all young Australians to become successful learners, confident and creative individuals, and active and informed citizens. Presented as a developmental sequence of learning from Foundation - Year 10, the Australian Curriculum describes to teachers, parents, students and others in the wider community what is to be taught and the quality of learning expected of young people as they progress through school. The Junior School curriculum follows the prescribed curriculum, with a focus on individual learning and abilities. We strongly believe all students at all levels have the potential to achieve success. We inspire children to learn through the use of innovative and technologically advanced teaching resources.
Our dedicated curriculum leaders ensure that our students achieve mastery in those disciplines. In Literacy and Numeracy, Unity Grammar students rank well above state and national standards.
