Our school captain Nahida Hafza and service prefect Layla Hussein were recently hosted by Yasser and Amera Zaki from Tender Loving Care Disability Services one of the largest providers of disability services in greater Sydney as well as regional NSW, other state capitals and Dubai! Yasser and Amera shared their vision of schools, workplaces and the community in general being more inclusive of persons with a special need. Yasser and Amera are members of YPO, a global network of leading CEO’s and encouraged more people to pursue leadership mentoring and positions. TLC has won numerous awards in the wider community and were the 2020 Muslim business of the year recipients. Unity Grammar plans to work with TLC as part of our disability engagement program and to have Yasser and Amera mentor our school leaders to realise their potential in being the best version of themselves.
